Guild Wars 2 developed by ArenaNet, belongs to a massively multiplayer online RPG genre which is set in the fantasy world of Tyria. The game features the comeback of a demilitarized guild,Destiny’s Edge,famous for taking stand against the powerful Elder Dragons who have taken over the whole Tyria under chaos and  destruction. The game features MMORPG gameplay and the highly immersive storyline that progresses according to the  player’s actions. This unique feature of Guild Wars 2,i.e sandbox type gameplay may be common in the Single player Role playing games but not in online multiplayer gamers. The traditional quest completing is replaced by dynamic events system, allowing player’s actions to bring different outcome and a unique approach to their quests in this incessant world.
Guild Wars 2 features highly detailed world maps and characters. The game has superb visual effects with real-time physics and utilizes custom game engine developed for Guild Wars by ArenaNet. The enhanced game engine includes real-time 3D environments,astounding graphics and mind-boggling animation. The storyline as described by wikipedia is “The player is tasked with reuniting the members of the disbanded Destiny’s Edge, a multi-racial adventuring guild whose members’ struggles and eventual reunion serve as a microcosmic metaphor for the larger-scale unification of the playable races, whose combined strength is needed to effectively combat Zhaitan, the undead Elder Dragon.”
The ArenaNet describes the game as,”For generations, war and chaos raged across the land of Tyria. Five great races competed and warred against each other, struggling to tip the balance of power in their favor. Then the dragons woke.The all-powerful beasts stirred from their millennial sleep under earth and sea. With their magical breath the dragons spread destruction and created legions of twisted slaves.
