84% Of Job Seekers Can Be Found On Facebook [INFOGRAPHIC]

 

In last few years Facebook has become one of the prominent platforms for job searchers. It has helped many of the users to shape their careers by grabbing  jobs and offers from diverse companies. Even, companies are also preferring to look for users’ and employees’ Facebook profile to know about them. It’s been continuously dominating other professional networking sites like LinkedIn, Kahuna and many more by providing jobs to users in last one year.

Taking the view of all these perspectives an Infographic was released which enlightens Facebook recruiting. Interestingly, it was found out that 84% of the job seekers have account on Facebook and out of which 48 percent have done social job hunting on Facebook once in last one year.

Apparently, 16 percent of all job seekers have received a job referral from one of his/her Facebook friend. 56% of the job seekers on Facebook are male compared to 44 percent female. This point out that males use Facebook for job search more compared to female.
