[D’Dialogue] RecruiterBox: State-Of-The-Art Recruitment Solution For Startups And SMBs [Interview]

Must Read

With the incubation of startups ecosystem, almost every industry is facing diverse challenges and needs to make way for, probably, the next Facebook, Groupon or Zynga. Though, opportunities and ideas are flourishing the market – so the VCs – the hunt and poach process has become much more sophisticated than ever before. Big fishes in the market are trying to leverage their brand value and hefty paycheques to make their job offer more lucrative and enjoyable. The heat of this side of the coin has started reaching another side where startups and SMBs are also facing equal challenges while hunting right human assets and to deliver the quality solution to their clients and users.

In all such scenarios, the hiring process of HR has become more vital for the company as well as a person holding profiles, especially who are still into startup zone. The complicated procedures, processes and mechanism of ‘well tuned’ recruitment software, specifically designed to handle thousands of openings at a time, are not producing any sign of relief for small companies’ HR and Recruitment Team. Consequently, such frustration and need made Raj and Raghu come out with a recruitment solution which has been designed keeping small companies’ working style, challenges and process in mind.

RecruiterBox is a web based recruitment solution which helps small companies to execute their hiring process elegantly. The SaaS model makes it more affordable and accessible. The end-to-end process coverage of hiring, third-party integration and simplified UI makes RecruiterBox more adaptable than any of its closest competitor in the same space and class.

In an exclusive interview with us, Raghu, Co-Founder Of RecruiterBox, said that the solution helps companies to move out of old style email and excel based recruitment communication and process.

When companies signup with any software, they need to go through the rigorous training over the multi-level and multi-steps functionality. However, at RecruiterBox, we have figured out four simple steps which will do the complete job of recruitment, starting from job posting till the actual hiring. The process includes creation of a job opening, integration with company website, filtering the applications and managing the resumes. says Raj – Co-Founder of RecruiterBox.

RecruiterBox has also been designed to handle the traditional style of recruitment phases; Handling the resumes send by email and integration of auto-notification via email are few such features.

when we were working in our previous companies, we were pulled into a ‘king-of’ hiring activities. It was a small team and though we had big bulky software, none of us could use it. It required few days of training sessions in order for me to understand and even to get started with them. So, we felt for this small team specially for small companies there is a need for a simple but robust recruitment software because of the number of people involved in the recruitment is pretty high unlike small companies where there is no dedicated people allotted for recruitment process, says Raghu.

Besides, both the co-founders didn’t shy away from revealing their startup challenges, gains, and long terms plans including funding and financial objectives. The company has grabbed 500+ fortune clients across the globe and expected to increase the number by 5 folds in next one year.

Here is the full-length interview, held at Open Coffee Club event, which will surely help other startups or people, who are planning for a startup, to learn and grow with the help of short case studies from RecruiterBox’s founders.
