It is also 28 percent lighter and 20 percent thinner than its predecessor. However, it’s a little disappointing to see no improvement in battery backup which has become essential as people consume Rich Media content. Yesterday, Nokia also ventured into the tablet market with its first Tablet Lumia 2520 that provides an 11 hours battery backup which can be extended to 16 hours using the Power Keyboard.
The 16 GB WiFi version of the Apple iPad Air starts with $499 while the 4G LTE supported version from $629. Apple has confirmed that the device will be available in the market starting November 1.
Besides, Apple has also reduced the price of iPad 2 to $399. It’s definitely going to a hit low price tablet market which is currently dominated by Samsung and Lenovo.
